the person sold 2 cars whit clean title (no lien) but he have the loan from the bank but they never put a lien on the title, can law go after him if he dont live in the U.S any more?
what if repossession company cant find the 2 cars and the person don't live in the U.S anymore
not a penalty to sell things with no liens. yet he owes the bank it would be a civil matter in courts,
if they can not find him they can not take him to court.
